Better than the tapas I had in Spain! Highly recommend ordering whatever the server recommends. Everything was flavored to perfection, there were so many gluten free options, and the atmosphere is so eclectic and cute. This was the best restaurant in Newport that I’ve been to!

Valentine's Day was my first visit here. Not a fan of the guy walking around playing a guitar but everything else was magic. Our server was attentive and the food was off the charts! When I left all I wanted to do was plan my next visit. Their squid dish was by far my favorite.

This is a great restaurant! The menu is wonderful! Everything we’ve ordered is delicious! Great seating options and fun decor. Very pet friendly with a patio room protected from the elements as an option. Wheelchair accessible too.

Wow I loved Zurita. Besides great food, they make a delicious sangria, and serve some exceptional Spanish and Portuguese wines. I'm talking about the Albarino here, but I'll bet the other wines are also yummy. My lamb skewers were tender and flavorful. My gambas al Ajillo (shrimp) were delicious and the sauce was amazingly good. Finally, special shout out to server Katie V, who not only was helpful and engaged throughout my meal, but also noticed that my credit card had been left behind. Even after my 10 minutes walk around the area she looked for and found me as I circled back to my vehicle. Thank you Katie, that was such an incredible save.

My husband and I and our small dog are visiting Newport Oregon. We happened upon Zurita. It looked like a secret garden tucked up a bit higher than street level. We were welcomed with our dog to an outdoor table. The food is Spanish tapas style. We ordered the carrots (I know that sounds weird) but wow! Amazing tender slightly sweet with herbs on a whipped goat cheese. They were amazing. We also had the shrimp, the tomato and watermelon salad and the croquettes. All flavorful and delicious. Please do give this place a try. They are open for lunch and dinner. They have tables outside and inside. We will definitely come back again.

What a great fun and funky place! The tapas are great. We had the roasted carrots, crispy squid, anchovies, and ground lamb skewers. All were quite tasty and well cooked/presented. The carrots were soft, tender, and moist, with a great tasting goat cheese and aleppo pepper sauce. The squid was tender and crispy as advertised. It came with two different sauces. Couldn't quite ID either one, but both were great. I have never liked anchovies--until I had these. Milder and flavorful. 10/10 would get them again. The lamb was juicy and well seasoned. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. And the space is just fun. Open, airy, light, and "hippy industrial" in flavor. We'll be back.

OMG what a find! Tapas and more, some of the best authentic Spanish cuisine. Everything we ate was OVER the TOP AMAZING. Blue Cheese filled Bacon Wrapped Dates to die for. Great deserts and wine to complement a Fantastic meal.

Probably the best Spanish food in oregon. The fried squid we shared was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. We had the lamb skewers with rice, scallops, and tuna salad and everything was really good and played beautifully. The desserts and coffee were pretty great also. We had the lemon cello and pistachio Gelato which were very tasty. Next time I'm in the area again this will definitely be a required stop and I will certainly be recommending this place to some folks. Also if you get a chance to explore the upstairs area I highly recommend it, there is a bar section up there and the windows on the roof offer great views. The seating area upstairs is in my opinion better than the downstairs area but both are gorgeously decorated with Spanish decor.
